MISSION
Provide a "world class" swim program, which will allow every athlete to develop to their highest level of swimming and personal achievement.
PHILOSOPHY
It is our belief that through a partnership of swim professionals, a dedicated volunteer parental organization and a proven framework of guiding principles, the OLY Swimming program will be able to develop a flexible and caring swim organization, which will develop portions of individuals into a well rounded complete swimmer and community citizen. This will be accomplished by providing a broad family based foundation, which then employs goal setting, discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, self-directed hard work, dedication and belief in oneself as essential building blocks. We will know we are successful when the OLY Swimming program and each individual OLY Swimmer will be able to look back on their years of experience and activities and be please with their journey and the results.
